1. About Dice Will Decide
Dice Will Decide ("the App", "we", "us") is a character creation and management tool for Dungeons & Dragons 5th Edition (2024). The App is available as a web application at dicewilldecide.com and as a mobile application for iOS and Android.
The App is operated by Egor Kuptsov (sole proprietor).
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
3. Description of Service
The App provides:
• Character creation tools (Classic Wizard, AI Creator)
• Character sheet management (stats, spells, equipment, level tracking)
• Character export (PDF, JSON)
• AI-assisted character creation using third-party AI services
The App uses content from the D&D Systems Reference Document (SRD 5.2), published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0) by Wizards of the Coast.
4. Accounts and Authentication
You may create an account using email (passwordless OTP) or third-party sign-in (Google). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
5. Payments and Subscriptions
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Subscription plans, pricing, and features are described within the App at the time of purchase. Prices may change with reasonable notice. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.

6. Refund Policy
Since the App provides digital content and services, refund eligibility is governed by Paddle's refund policies and applicable consumer protection laws.
If you are an EU/UK consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, unless you have expressly consented to immediate delivery and acknowledged the loss of this right.
To request a refund, contact support at support@dicewilldecide.com or use the link in your Paddle receipt.
7. User Content
Characters, notes, and other content you create in the App belong to you. We do not claim ownership of your content. You grant us a limited license to store and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
8. AI Features
The AI Creator feature uses third-party AI models (Google Gemini) to generate character suggestions. AI-generated content may be inaccurate or unexpected. You are responsible for reviewing and editing any AI-generated character data before use.
We do not store your AI chat conversations on our servers beyond the duration of the chat session.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App's systems
• Interfere with other users' use of the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the App
10. Intellectual Property
The App's design, code, icons, and original content are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. D&D-related content is used under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 license from the SRD 5.2.
Dungeons & Dragons, D&D, and related terms are trademarks of Wizards of the Coast LLC. This App is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Wizards of the Coast.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Character data accuracy, including spell descriptions and game mechanics, should be verified against official D&D source materials.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
13. Data and Privacy
We collect and process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to our data practices as described therein.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
15. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time.
16. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing other remedies.
