Build Path (Levels 1-20)

Levels 1-4

Your early game relies on standard Druid control until you hit level 3. Start with Thorn Whip and Entangle. At level 3, you unlock Circle of the Sea Spells and, most importantly, Wrath of the Sea. As a Bonus Action, you can now surround yourself with a 5-foot Emanation. Because you must be close to the action, use your Dragonborn Breath Weapon to soften up targets before wading in. At level 4, take the Fey Touched feat. Bumping your WIS to 16 is mandatory, but getting Misty Step is the real prize. It allows you to teleport directly into a cluster of enemies and immediately activate Wrath of the Sea to lock them down.

Levels 5-10

Tier 2 is where this build comes online. At level 5, you gain access to 3rd-level spells like Sleet Storm and unlock Draconic Flight.
